Red Brick Ranch is a private 125-acre ranch in Logan, in the heart of the Hocking Hills. You say your vows outside, celebrate in The Barn and sleep on the property, a short drive from Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave and Cedar Falls.
Why couples choose Hocking Hills for their wedding
Hocking Hills is one of Ohio's most loved getaways: sandstone gorges, waterfalls, hemlock forests and hills that turn red and gold in October. A wedding here feels like a destination wedding, but most guests are a short drive away. Logan is about an hour southeast of Columbus and under an hour from Athens and Lancaster.
The catch is that the area is rural. Hotels are limited, roads wind after dark, and October fills up a year ahead. That is why the best Hocking Hills weddings happen at a venue where people can stay on site.
- 125 private acres
- 4,000 sq ft heated and air-conditioned Barn, plus covered eaves
- 200 guests (150 seated)
- 18 guests sleep on site
The spaces

The Barn
The Barn is our main event space: 4,000 square feet heated and air-conditioned inside, plus covered space under the eaves for cocktail hour or a rainy-day ceremony. It seats 150 for dinner and holds up to 200 guests. Tables and chairs for 150 are included.
Outdoor ceremony sites
Get married on the lawn with the hills behind you, by the pond, or near the wooden bridge. If the weather turns, the ceremony moves into The Barn at no extra cost.
Bridal suite and groom lounge
Both sides of the wedding party have their own place to get ready, so hair, makeup and first-look photos stay on schedule.
Golf carts
Two golf carts are included to move guests, grandparents and the photographer around the property.
Lodging on the property

Two homes sit on the same 125 acres as The Barn:
- The Brick House sleeps 10 and has a hot tub and fireplace. A wedding-night stay is included with our weekend packages.
- Wildwood Cabin sleeps 8 and has a pool and a disc golf course. Book it for family or the wedding party.
That is 18 people waking up on the property: no shuttle, no one driving home on country roads, and brunch together the next morning. See lodging for photos and booking.
Best time of year for a Hocking Hills wedding
- May, June, September and October are peak season. October brings the fall color and books earliest.
- April, July, August and November are 25% less than peak, with green hills in summer and quiet trails in November.
- December to March is the best value, 30% less than peak. The heated Barn makes a winter wedding cozy, and snow on the hills makes beautiful photos.
Weekday weddings (Monday to Thursday) are our lowest price in every season. Check your date with the instant quote.
Things to do nearby for your guests

Bring the vendors you love
We don't lock you into an in-house caterer. Bring your own caterer, DJ, photographer and florist, or ask us for local vendors who already know the property. Taco bar catering, a licensed bartender, a day-of coordinator and an officiant are available as add-ons. Couples carry a one-day event liability policy for the wedding date.
