Who they are
Four Seasons Catering is based in Hide-A-Way Hills and serves the Hocking Hills region. It is a full-service, off-site caterer, which suits a barn venue like ours: they bring the food, the equipment and the people to serve it. Their owners have more than two decades of experience.
What they offer for weddings
- Your choice of service style: plated sit-down dinners, buffets, or cocktail-style receptions.
- Staff: chefs, captains, wait staff, station carvers and kitchen crew, so your family is not working the reception.
- Planning help: their team includes certified wedding and meeting planners who coordinate with your other vendors.
- Beyond the wedding day: box lunches delivered to cabins and lodges, and private in-cabin dinners for two, which make an easy rehearsal-night meal or a honeymoon treat.
Why it works at Red Brick Ranch
The Barn gives a caterer 4,000 square feet of heated indoor space, and the ranch's 125 acres leave plenty of room for a food truck line or an outdoor cocktail hour. With up to 200 guests and wedding-party lodging on site, a full-service caterer who handles setup, service and cleanup lets everyone else enjoy the day. Four Seasons has catered events on the farm before, so they already know the property.
